I have the old model of this and after less than a year the handle broke. Granted I do use it almost daily but the cheap plastic design of the handle is silly. I will go to another model when I go shopping today.

I would love to be able to say something constructive about this vacuum. Unfortunatly, I clicked “Super-Saver” shipping on June 27th and now it is July 8th and I still don’t have it. Who’s at fault, why Fedex Ground, of course. Details: polite customer service, no follow up, no communication with local Fedex station, local Fedex Ground stations are franchises-no public phone numbers, “24hr” delay in communication between Fedex Customer Service and local stations, etc. Don’t waste your time trying to save a few bucks, go UPS and avoid the hassle.
Amazon? What’s up with offering such crappy delivery in the first place? How about checking into Fedex Grounds’s policies before offering them as an option?

I gave this to my parents as a present. I wanted to something that’s comparable to Dyson in quality, but not in price. I read good reviews and decided to try on this monster. I took to it my parent’s house and vacuum the entire house. Afterwards, i became a believer, this thing does the same job that Dyson does. Easy to empty the dirt. All the good review you read about this product is all TRUE!!!

We just got this new vacuum in the mail today and were very excited to check it out. I cleaned two rooms and though I am happy with the amount of pet hair, dust, dirt, etc. in the canister, it was heavy!!!! I’m cringing at the thought of doing stairs with it. The ease of dumping out the canister *almost* makes it up to me. Almost.

I read a lot of reviews on this product. The only review that seemed accurate was the fact that the unit is a little heavy. Other than that I have to say it is a fantastic vacuum.
