I bought this vacuum for pet hair! It is bad for anything else!
This is good only for pet hair on the carpet, that`s it!!!
It is heavy and really noisy! And it came with the front plastic broken;I am sorry I bought it!

It collects everything in filter and no dirt or hair makes it to the bagless container. Filter indicator constantly says change filter even though have only used it twice. Horrible, stay away from this piece of junk.

I purchased this vacuum because I have a dog that sheds and I read positive reviews. They are lies. This vacuum cleaner spits out dirt. Several times, I’ve gotten it to work a little bit by running hangers through the clogged up hoses, which I have had to do EVERY TIME I’ve even tried to vacuum my rug. I’ve given up. I’ve hardly used this vacuum cleaner and can no longer get it to pick up anything, with any attachment. I’ve never seen anything like it. It should be advertised as the UNVACUUM cleaner or the REVERSE vacuum cleaner. A weapon of mass destruction for your home. A science project gone awry. It’s going to the Goodwill store. Perhaps a “vacuum mechanic” will buy it and get it to work. I wish I could return it, but don’t have the box or receipt. I will never purchase a Bissell product again and I hope you won’t either.

After just 15 mins of use, the feature dual-edge cleaning brush stop running at all. I know today’s vacuum cant last too long like the vacuum in old days, but I cant believe it can only last for 15 mins!!!

This vacuum does manage to pick up some pet hair and dirt, so I guess it has that going for it. But it leaves a lot more behind. This is a horrible machine. It’s bulky and cumbersome, and I get nothing for my efforts because it seems to have no effect on my carpet. My steam cleaner is always getting clogged with the pet hair this stupid piece of junk leaves behind. I should have gotten a Dyson when my old, cheap vacuum died. My husband said it was too expensive, so I bought this awful machine. I’m such an idiot. I should have told him to mind his own business and bought the vacuum I wanted. I’d rather live with the dirt and hair than push this thing around. I dread vacuuming because it makes me so angry I’m afraid I might hurt someone. I feel like Bruce Banner. I’m perfectly normal most of the time, but once I start vacuuming I turn into the Hulk. I just have to talk about vacuuming and I start to see red. Why have I lived with this for so long? I’m getting a Dyson for Christmas. I don’t care if I have to buy it myself. Actually, I’m at the point where I’d prefer a broom to this piece of garbage. Horrible!
