Both went up on Killspencer's store on November 3, and both are handmade at the brand's Los Angeles headquarters. ## What the leather wine carrier is made of Killspencer's materials list for the Wine Carrier 2.0 reads like its bags, scaled down to a single job: - Premium full-grain leather body - Swiss-made Riri zipper in antique silver - Bullhide leather top handle - Nylon interior, with a removable bottle divider in the double Riri zippers are a constant across Killspencer's range, from the backpacks to the small leather goods, and they are a big part of why the brand's pieces feel heavier duty than their size suggests. Killspencer also notes two things worth knowing up front: the carrier is not collapsible, and it does not come with wine. ## Double bottle wine carrier: size and fit The double bottle version is the more practical of the pair. Killspencer lists it at 7 inches long, 3.5 inches wide and 13 inches tall, and says it fits two standard 750 mL wine bottles side by side. The removable divider keeps the bottles from knocking together, and the brand puts the weight at about 1.5 lbs. For a dinner party, a picnic or a weekend away, that is the one to pick if you tend to bring a red and a white, or a bottle for the table and one for the host. ## Single bottle wine carrier: the gift version The single bottle carrier is the one in Killspencer's announcement email, and it is clearly pitched as a present. The brand frames it as the way to show up with a bottle for a thank you or a housewarming, and the tube shape keeps it about as slim as a bottle can be while still protecting it. Product photos on the official listing include a monogrammed version with initials on the front leather patch, which is a nice touch if you are giving it at a wedding or an anniversary.
