Here is every edition and what has already sold out. - Author: unknowndivide staff - Tags: Music, #surfacing The Black Parade 20th anniversary vinyl is days away. [My Chemical Romance](https://www.mychemicalromance.com/?ref=unknowndivide.com) (MCR) is reissuing its third album as a full 20th anniversary collection, and the official store lists every edition shipping October 23, 2026\. For the first time, the band says, everything it finished during those 2006 sessions sits in one package, wrapped in three new pieces of art from [James Jean](https://www.jamesjean.com/?ref=unknowndivide.com), the artist behind the original album's look. If The Patient, the marching band and "Welcome to the Black Parade" shaped your teenage years, this is the one to pre-order now. "Someone Out There Loves You (Live from Hoboken)." Video: My Chemical Romance (official) ## The song fans called "Stay" The headline extra is "Someone Out There Loves You," a song fans have long called "Stay." The band played it on The Black Parade World Tour but never cut a studio version. The live take on this collection was recorded at Maxwell's in Hoboken, New Jersey, on October 24, 2007, and the band has already shared it on its [official streaming and video links](https://mychemicalromance.lnk.to/someoneouttherehoboken?ref=unknowndivide.com). It is the closest thing to a new MCR song from that era you are going to get. ## Every edition, explained The [official MCR store](https://mychemicalromance.warnerrecords.com/collections/the-black-parade?ref=unknowndivide.com) splits the reissue into three tiers. **20th Anniversary Edition.** The original fourteen-track album on a single [Concrete Grey vinyl LP](https://mychemicalromance.warnerrecords.com/products/the-black-parade-xx-concrete-grey-vinyl-1-lp?ref=unknowndivide.com) (long-playing record) in a gatefold jacket with a removable O-card, a new art insert and a printed inner sleeve. A store-only Laser-Etched Hologram LP was also offered. **20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition.** The full album plus six bonus tracks: three live performances from the 2007 world tour, never before released on physical formats, and three rare B-sides, "Heaven Help Us," "Kill All Your Friends" and "My Way Home Is Through You." On vinyl it is a double LP with two printed inner sleeves, pressed on [Baby Pink vinyl](https://mychemicalromance.warnerrecords.com/products/the-black-parade-xx-baby-pink-vinyl-2lp?ref=unknowndivide.com) for independent record shops and the MCR store, or [Bloodline Red vinyl](https://mychemicalromance.warnerrecords.com/products/the-black-parade-20th-anniversary-edition-deluxe-exclusive-bloodline-red-2?ref=unknowndivide.com) only at the MCR store. The compact disc (CD) comes in an O-card wallet with a 16-page lyric folder, and the cassette uses a black shell with gold print. A Bloodline Red fan pack adds a store-exclusive pullover hoodie. **One Step Audiophile Edition.** This is the collector's grail. The [One Step 180g 2LP](https://mychemicalromance.warnerrecords.com/products/the-black-parade-xx-one-step-180g-2lp?ref=unknowndivide.com) is cut from the original analog master tapes, mastered by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering, with the One-Step process by Dorin Sauerbier at Record Technology, Inc. The album is spread over four sides for sound quality, with the Hoboken take of "Someone Out There Loves You" as a bonus. It is limited to 7,000 individually numbered copies worldwide, housed in a numbered slipcase with a tip-on double gatefold jacket. ## What is already gone As we write this, the official store shows the signed Bloodline Red 2LP, the signed CD, the signed cassette and the Hologram LP as sold out. The unsigned vinyl, CD, cassette and digital deluxe were still open for pre-order. Limited variants for this record have moved fast, so if you want a specific color, do not wait for release day. ## Our call This one is Surfacing. One of the defining rock records of the 2000s is getting its biggest treatment yet, with a never officially recorded fan favorite and new James Jean art. Casual fans should grab the Deluxe Edition for the bonus tracks. Audio heads should go straight for the numbered One Step pressing before the 7,000 copies are spoken for.
