Fortnite Treasure Hunters launched on November 1, and it swaps the Battle Royale map for Crossbones Isle, a pirate island built for 80-player matches where you fight with powers straight from One Piece. The Straw Hat crew and A$AP Rocky's crew arrive first, and every week another captain sails in with a crew and a point of interest of their own. Here is what is new and when each drop lands. Video: Fortnite ## Crossbones Isle, the new map You launch across the island from cannons. One Piece fans will spot Arlong Park, Windmill Village, Loguetown and Baratie Bay, the floating restaurant. The rest of the map adds Lantern Lanes, Crew's Cove, Plunder Port, Fort Fortuna, Rubber Resort with its duck-shaped yacht, and Captain's Cenote, a sinkhole pool at the top of a mountain. A$AP Rocky's battleship, The $.$. Rocky, sits offshore, and you can board it to take him on as the island's first Boss. ## One Piece powers and new weapons - **Gum-Gum Fruit:** turns you into Luffy for long-range rubber punches, foot slams and a charged launch. - **Flame-Flame Fruit:** turns you into Ace for rapid shots finished with a Fire Fist. - **Zoro's Three Sword Style:** three katanas for close range, with a dash to stay on top of opponents. - **Usopp's Slingshot** and **Nami's Tangerine:** a heavy marksman slingshot, and a heal for health and shields with a boost in water. - **A$AP Rocky's Shock Rocket:** dropped by the Boss, it gets you airborne so you can fire down on anyone below. Two new pirate guns, the Bundlebuss Repeater Rifle and the Gilded Dragoon Shotgun, join an Explosive Cannon Ball and Meat on a Stick. Tear down a Wanted Poster and it becomes a Sprite Treasure Map that leads to a buried Sprite Chest. ## New Fortnite season dates to know - **November 1:** the first Captain's Day kicked off at 9 AM ET, with A$AP Rocky as the Boss. Luffy, Nami and Usopp are in the Shop from launch. - **November 5:** A$AP Rocky joins the Shop at 7 PM ET. - **November 7:** Lil Uzi Vert and Cuddle Team Leader claim a fort, and Buggy and the Megalodon crash onto the island. Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick hit the Shop. - **November 12 and 13:** Lil Uzi Vert and then Buggy arrive in the Shop. - **November 14:** Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto take over the resort, leek weapon included, and land in the Shop. - **November 21:** Oscar sails in with his Frenzy Auto Shotgun. - **December 5:** Epic says to keep the day open for the Chapter 7 end event. ## Battle Pass, Sprites and Ranked Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin headline the Battle Pass, alongside new anime looks for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader and Charlotte. Gift the pass to a friend and you both get a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader style. Eleven new Sprites join the hunt, Mastery Monday returns with double Sprite XP and Sprite Dust from 9 AM ET every Monday, and a new Ranked season brings fresh rank icons. Two competitive cups, the One Piece Zoro Cup on November 6 and the Buggy Cup on November 13, can earn those outfits for top regional players. Chests now refill over time, Gold Bars are vaulted so Follower services are free, and Vending Machines have been removed.
