These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of unknowndivide.com (the "Site"), operated by Labile Media Group as Unknowndivide ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
The Site is for a general adult audience. You must be at least 13 to use it, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create a member account.
2. Our content
Articles, photos we own, design, logos, and other material on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or sell our content, or use it to train automated systems, without our written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are fine.
3. Third-party content and trademarks
Product names, brands, and images of third parties belong to their owners and are used for identification, commentary, and review.
4. Accounts and newsletter
If you create a member account or subscribe, give accurate information and keep your login secure. You can unsubscribe or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't: break the law using the Site; interfere with its security or operation; access it with bots or scrapers in ways that burden it; impersonate others; or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or spam.
6. Things you send us
If you send tips, comments, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish it in connection with the Site. We aren't required to use anything you send.
7. Affiliate links, ads, and purchases
The Site contains ads and affiliate links, explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer. Prices and availability change after publication, and we are not responsible for retailers' products, shipping, or service.
8. No professional advice
Our content is editorial opinion and general information. It is not professional, financial, legal, or safety advice. Use your own judgment before buying or using anything we cover.

We link to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email unknowndivide@protonmail.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the URL of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Site will be error-free or always available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
16. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Labile Media Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
