According to the notes, the four pieces on Memories of Merging came out of movement meditation, with sound starting from the body rather than from a plan. Field recordings of water run through the record alongside electronic textures. The notes also say fragments of earlier H-M O material return here, folded into the new pieces.

The notes on the album's Bandcamp page set the scene: "Memories of Merging arises from the body rather than the intellect. The four pieces that form this EP (extended play) emerged through sustained movement meditation, where sound began to surface from physical motion instead of conceptual design. What unfolds here feels less composed than revealed. Tone gathers through breath, through repetition, through the subtle rhythms of muscle and gravity."
Later, the notes add: "Surface and depth move together. Forward momentum and lingering memory share the same current. Contradictions are not forced into resolution. They are allowed to travel in parallel, shaping one another without conflict. Water remains a living presence throughout. Field recordings of fluid environments are interwoven with expansive electronic textures, creating spaces where immersion becomes gradual and physical."
