Kings of Leon just put the tenth studio album on the table. O My Beloved is out today on LoveTap Records, distributed by Virgin Music Group: 13 songs, about 49 minutes, already streaming with vinyl and CD packs live in the band's shop.

Kings of Leon, My Whole World, from the band's official YouTube channel.

Kings of Leon O My Beloved: what landed today

The record opens on a short Intro, then hits My Whole World and Cold Blue Dawn before The Hand, Rose and Make It Count. Mid-album cuts KOYSAR and Feel The Love lead into Blue Jeans and Diamonds, Warm Company, Forever Endeavor, Pretty Thing and the closer Get You Down. Official store modules on kingsofleon.com list D2C exclusive vinyl, standard vinyl and a CD fan pack, with the digital album also live through the shop.

Apple Music frames the album as a quieter, more reflective Followill turn: family recipes on My Whole World, a Graceland childhood memory on Cold Blue Dawn, old photographs on Blue Jeans and Diamonds, and a backyard hose spray on Forever Endeavor. It is still Kings of Leon, just less interested in the deafening stadium gear and more interested in what age and distance do to a song.

Kings of Leon new album: how to hear it

Stream or buy the album on Apple Music, jump from the official smartlink, or go straight to the digital album in the band shop. The second official clip, Cold Blue Dawn, is the other video to queue after My Whole World.

Release day also puts O My Beloved next to the rest of this week's listening stack. If you are filling a Friday cart, keep the Dylan box and the Priest anniversary vinyl in the same pile rather than treating this as a one-album stop.

LoveTap Records is the stamp on the Apple Music copyright line, with Virgin Music Group handling distribution. That setup keeps the album inside the band's own imprint while still clearing global streaming and physical on day one. The official site front-loads the new record above tour and video modules, so release day is not buried under a legacy catalog wall.

My Whole World and Cold Blue Dawn already have official videos on the Kings of Leon channel, which is the right way into the quieter writing before you sit with the full 13-song run. Pretty Thing stretches past four minutes and Get You Down closes the set with a longer swing, so the album does not rush the ending the way a singles-first campaign sometimes does.

Why it matters

A tenth Kings of Leon album landing on day-and-date streaming with two official videos already spinning is a clean major-label release move, and the quieter writing gives the band a different lane than the Sex on Fire years. Pair it with Cage The Elephant's Dying In Reverse announcement, the deep archive pull of Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder 1976 box, and the metal vinyl drop in Judas Priest Sad Wings of Destiny 50th if you are building a late-year shelf.
